Our 8 Step Carpet Cleaning Service will impress you, in fact we guarantee it!

1. Powerful Commercial Grade Vacuuming.  We use a powerful upright vacuum to remove the deep down free soils from your carpet.  The beater bar will also spring back the carpet fibers resiliency by lifting it up as it vacuums the soils.
2. Pre-Spotting Your Carpet.  A neutral pH will used used to pre-treat any spots we see.  Food stains and pet stains will come out with easy as you see in the image below.
3. Applying a Pre-Conditioner.  A powerful precondition will be sprayed throughout the carpet to emulsify and remove any soils stuck onto the carpet fibers.
4. Hot Water Extraction.  This step removes the soils from deep in the carpet fibers.  Hot pressurized water is sprayed into the carpet to flush out the emulsified soils to be removed by vacuuming and rinsing your carpet. 
5. Specialized Stain Removal.  Any stains that may remain, like those stubborn coffee, wine, or gum stains will be removed will our specialized spot removal kit.  More times than not we can remove rust, coffee, wine, and even blood stains.
6. Grooming Carpet Fibers.  A carpet groomer or rake is used to "fluff" the carpet fibers to allow the carpet to dry faster and evenly.
7. Expedited Drying.  We employ powerful air movers to dry the carpets in as little as 3-4 hours.
8. Sctochgard Protectant, if needed.  If you would like Sctochgard to be re-applied we can do that for an additional cost.  Over time,  the protected that the manufacturer applied when it was new, has been removed from normal use of the carpet.  Reapplying it, will ensure you protect the investment of the carpet to ensure you enjoy it for years to come.  After the protectant is applied it is re-groomed to ensure a thorough application of the protector has been applied.
