Our Seven Step Process

1. Edges and Corner Sweeping. We will go through the entire area and sweep the dirt and dust away from the perimeter.

2. Dust Mopping. Once all the perimeter dust and debris is in the center of the area, we use a dust mop to collect all dirt and debris for removal.

3. Floor Cleaning. Using an orbital floor machine, microfiber pad, and an appropriate floor cleaner, the floors will be thoroughly scrubbed clean removing any spots, stains, or markings.

4. Edge and Corner Cleaning. Edges and corners will be scrubbed by hand using hand tools.

5. Squeegee Vac. Using a special squeegee attachment a wet vacuum is used to extract any excess detergent left on the flooring.

6. Drying. Using industrial fans, or what we call for movers will expedite the drying time.

7. Sealing.  Using an appropriate sealing agent, your grout will be resealed to prevent any early corrosion.
