Here is how you can take advantage of our guarantee:
1. Give us a call 10 - 14 days after completion of your cleaning service with the reason why you are unhappy with our service.

2. Give us the opportunity to make it right and re-clean your carpet, upholstery, or flooring.

3. After 10-14 days of the second cleaning service and you are still are unhappy simply give us a call and we will refund you your money.

Some restrictions may apply, Not all stains or traffic areas are covered under this guarantee. Your cleaning technician will document what is not covered on the work order/invoice before the start of any cleaning service.
