How to Remove Liquid Foundation Stains
Step 1:
Apply a small amount of 3% Hydrogen peroxide on a clean white cloth to dampen. Blot the
stain to lift the stain onto the the cloth. Continue until the stain is removed.
NorCal Pro Tip: Blot the stain in one direction starting from the edge of the stain working your way to the center. This will prevent spreading the stain onto other carpet fibers.
Step 2:
Rinse by spraying the damp area with water. Do not over saturate the carpet. Remove the
excess water fro the carpet by blotting with plain white paper towels.
Step 3:
Once all the excess water has been removed layer several paper towels on the damp area and
place a small heavy object on the towels. This will help draw out any remaining moisture left in
the carpet. Leave for 2-4 hours.
Step 4:
Once the carpet is completely dry, vacuum to restore the carpet’s resiliency.
